You'll be given progesterone and other additional drugs to prepare your uterus and other hormonal processes before a frozen embryo transfer. Check to see that you have enough medication and that you know how to take it.
Get plenty of sleep before and after the transfer.

Don'ts
Avoid extreme temperatures against your abdomen and uterus.
Cold foods are not embryo-transfer friendly, so try to avoid: cold beverages, sugar, red meat products, highly processed foods, salt -- season with herbs and spices instead, coffee and tea.
Avoid sexual intercourse since it may trigger uterine contractions and disrupt the embryo transferring into your uterus
