If you're trying to have a baby and it isn't happening, you already know how exhausting that can be - the appointments, the waiting, the well-meaning relatives asking when it's good news. It wears people down in ways that are genuinely hard to put into words unless you've lived through it.
So if you've reached the point where you're actively looking for answers, here's the first thing: you are not alone, and for most couples, this is a treatable problem, not a permanent issue.
At Indira IVF, we have achieved more than 2 lakh successful IVF pregnancies with our expert doctors, right diagnosis, and advanced IVF labs.
That number didn't happen by accident.
It’s achieved by doing a few things consistently well: getting the diagnosis right, being upfront about odds and options, and building a customized treatment plan rather than a one-size-fits-all template.
In Ahmedabad, we run three centres - Navrangpura, Bopal, and Nikol. Each one has its own embryology lab and senior fertility specialists on site, so from your very first consultation through to embryo transfer, you're dealing with one team that actually knows your case, not a different face every visit.
With the correct diagnosis and the right protocol behind it, a 72%+ success rate* is realistic - and our doctors will sit down and explain what that figure actually means for your situation, instead of just quoting a number and moving on.
Our Ahmedabad locations; Navrangpura, Bopal, and Nikol are strategically located to make fertility care more accessible and reduce the need for frequent commutes during treatment. No matter which center you choose, you can expect the same standards of cli

A treatment plan is only as good as the doctor reading your reports. Our Ahmedabad team has spent years figuring out exactly this - which protocol fits which kind of case, and just as importantly, when it's time to switch course if the first attempt doesn't work.
There are a lot of fertility clinics in this city. Here's what we think actually matters when you're choosing one:
These are the two most common questions we get in the first consultation - which treatment do I need, and why?
IUI is usually the starting point for mild infertility - for example, mild male-factor issues, unexplained infertility, or ovulation irregularities that haven't responded to simpler interventions. It's a shorter, less invasive procedure with a lower cost, and it's often tried for a few cycles before moving further.
IVF comes in when IUI hasn't worked, or when the diagnosis points to something that needs a more direct approach from the start - blocked fallopian tubes, significant male infertility, or age-related fertility decline.
Choosing between IUI and IVF depends on what's actually causing the difficulty, which is exactly what your first round of testing is designed to find out.
We don't push one treatment and try to make every patient fit it. Depending on what your diagnosis turns up, your doctor may recommend:
Infertility isn't only a "women's problem" - male factors show up in close to 40% of the cases we see, and they're often the piece that goes unnoticed the longest, simply because there's nothing visibly wrong to point to.
Both partners get tested from the first visit. That's standard procedure here, not something we get to only after the female-side results come back normal. It includes semen analysis, hormonal evaluation, and, where it's warranted, more advanced testing like DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) or Micro-TESE for azoospermia.
Catching a male-factor issue early can reshape the whole treatment path - and sometimes makes it considerably simpler than it would have been otherwise.
Not everyone who walks through our doors is trying to conceive in the near future. For many people, fertility preservation means keeping the option of parenthood open for the future. This decision could be prompted by medical reasons, such as cancer treatment or other conditions like endometriosis or diminished ovarian reserves. Others may want to preserve their fertility because they wish to focus on their education, career, personal goals, or simply because they're not yet ready.
We use vitrification, a rapid-freezing method that helps protect cells and preserve their structure far better than older freezing techniques. Stored properly, samples stay viable for years - so this isn't a decision anyone has to rush.

Cost is usually one of the first things on people's minds, and one of the hardest things to get a straight answer about elsewhere. Here's ours: the cost depends on your specific diagnosis, the protocol your case calls for, and how many cycles it ends up taking. You'll get a clear, itemised estimate before committing to anything.
Zero Cost EMI options are also available, so money doesn't have to be the reason treatment gets put off.
